How long will it take to receive my item?

Please allow 2-5 business days for transit depending upon your location.

Can I get it faster than that?

Next day and expedited shipping is available – Please call first to make special arrangements.

What if something is wrong when I receive my order?

Notification of any shortages or incorrect shipments must be within ten (10) days.

Do you have a return policy?

All returns for credit require written authorization. To process a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form contact Customer Care at  800-844-3739. Merchandise must be returned in full boxes, original packaging and in good condition. Authorized returns must be received within 10 working days from date of issuance.

We will allow returns under the following conditions:

  1. When ordered in error and if returned in less than 30 days of the date of invoice, freight prepaid by the customer. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed.
  2. When shipped in error by us, and returned within 30 days from date of invoice, for full credit, including freight.

Do you work with anyone else on the store?

Printing and fulfillment is handled by Tigereye Designs, a union shop specializing in promotional products for Unions, Democratic, Progressive, and Charitable campaigns.
